The homepage of the ITAS-WWW-Server has been newly designed [13.08.1998]

The homepage of the ITAS-WWW-Server has been newly designed. There remains only one homepage to start with for English as well as for German speaking visitors. And there is no longer a special "overview-page", because the homepage now fullfils this function too.

Nevertheless we still have to admit, that there is much work to be done to make the English part of the server more complete and up to date.
