“In real-world labs, we as researchers work together with citizens to
find ways toward a sustainable future. But how can this social impact of
real-world labs, a research format we have been doing in Karlsruhe for a
long time, be measured? My PhD project at ITAS deals with precisely this
question and aims to include the perspectives of the civil society
actors involved.”
