Biochemistry degree in 2001 and postgraduate studies in food chemistry in 2005 at the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, Argentina. PhD in 2011 on molecular biology techniques applied to food industry water surveillance at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).
